Our carer mobile app is a single paperless platform for all of your carers' needs. Replacing all manual daily logs and giving you the ability to monitor in real-time.

Our family and friends app keeps their loved ones up to date with their care and allows direct communication and interaction with care teams.

The digital document facility enables you to convert any paper-based document into an electronics format and complete in real time with a signature option.

Our real time care monitoring offers complete visibility of every care visit with all carer and client interactions.

This solution has been assured for use in:  

  • Domiciliary care such as home care and live in care
  • Supported living services

This solution has the following features:

  • add to assessment templates / pre built care plans
  • use body maps to capture treatment information
  • send real time notifications / messages to other care workers / office admin
  • store photographic information about the care provided
  • give access to authorised third parties (including family members) to view care plans and records
  • automatically update changes to an individual's care record / plan
  • record information about the skills, experience and training of staff.

 

All solutions on the Assured Solution List offer the core capabilities of a digital social care record (downloads in a spreadsheet).

This solution also offers the ability to:

  • for a social care provider to add to assessment templates / pre built care plans
  • to measure progress against a target outcome / goal for the individual receiving care
  • to use body maps to capture treatment information
  • to store video information about the care provided
  • to store photographic information about the care provided
  • to record information about the skills, experience and training of staff
  • to send notifications / messages to other care workers
  • for authorised third parties (including family members) to view care plans and records, including ones they did not create
  • for social care providers to build, save and amend their own summary reports for individual recipients of care.
  • To provide access to Electronic Medications Administration and Recording systems (either natively or through integration with a third party solution)

After successfully agreeing the right solution for the customer and scaling the licensing to their specific requirements, we will start the implementation process.

Kick-off meeting with the customer to discuss timescales as to when they should be live with key system functionality. Target dates will be set for each key milestone. Typical implementation programmes will take 8-12 weeks to complete.
