"A typical customer will be up-and-running with PASS within 30 days of contract signature. For larger projects, and taking into account factors such as digital readiness, staff availability and the scope of the required PASS solution, we will work with you to define the optimal approach and confirm project timescales at the start.

With a proven track record in onboarding new customers, our dedicated team of Project Managers has developed a robust and effective approach for implementation based on a pragmatic application of PRINCE2 methods.

We encourage a collaborative approach between our team and yours and advocate for the provider to nominate an implementation champion.

Our training methodology is flexible, and can be tailored to meet your specific needs, availability and preferred learning styles.
