"The Care Planning module enables care homes to create personalised digital care records for residents, taking into account their individual needs and preferences. Our software allows for easy customisation of care plans, assessments and daily schedules, with real-time updates and progress tracking available to ensure that residents are receiving the best possible care.

All solutions on the Assured Solution List offer the core capabilities of a digital social care record (downloads in a spreadsheet).

This solution also offers the ability to:

  • measure progress against a target outcome / goal for the individual receiving care
  • use body maps to capture treatment information
  • store photographic information about the care provided
  • send notifications and messages to other care workers
  • allow individuals to write to and update their own care plan and record
  • allow authorised third parties (including family members) to view care plans and records, including ones they did not create
