Information about this solution
"Access Care and Clinical provides rich functionality to allow you to provide high quality care and ensure your services are fully compliant. Client configurable assessment, risk and care planning templates allow clients to plan for care based on their policies, their location and the specific needs, goals and risks of their residents, ensuring care plans reflect you and your organisation. Our point of care application allows for mobile care evidencing at the point of care, meaning staff are notified of scheduled care and can evidence care provided (as well as review profile and care plans) in an intuitive way at the resident’s side. Finally, management reporting, proactive alerts and actions ensure that missed evidencing and potential risks are flagged for action quickly, dramatically improving the quality of care provision.”

"Access Care and Clinical Flightpath B, 1 month, 4 project day approach, features a six stage process that is designed to ensure predictable results.
-
Kick-off – Initial engagement involves a review of the project, the scope, familiarisation with the Access Group, migration and preparation for change management processes with staff.
-
Preparation – This is the stage in which your specific requirements are captured, and documented. This includes required assessment templates, care plan domains, roles, and locations.
-
Learning – here the agreed change management plan needs to be deployed to ensure staff are bought into the change. We then proceed to train key staff groups (supported by E-learning).
-
Validation – We then validate the config process, ensuring that the configuration meets the requirements discussed and captured.
-
Launch – You then go live on our applications; this is fully supported.
-
Review – The review process then ensures that application is fully embedded and providing the outcomes discussed.

"Access Care and Clinical recognise that care is complex and everything is interconnected. However, whilst digitisation has led to numerous benefits, it also has added complexity through disparate stand alone systems, Access changes this with the inclusion of Access Care and Clinical within our next generation platform, Access Workspace.
The inclusion of Access Care and Clinical on Access Workspace allows us to deliver:
- Access Analytics, allowing you to visualise through intuitive dashboards the key KPI's, risks and trends across your estate or build your own and share with the people you want to.
- Providing an integrated Care Planning and Medicines administration app, allowing for both medication administration and care evidencing to be done on a single mobile application.
- Integration with digital smart tec systems for automated, digitised resident alerting.
- Integration with NHS/commissioning systems and services.
- Chart designer, allowing you to build your own charts to capture data at the point of care.”
