This involves a kick-off meeting with the customer to discuss timescales as to when they should be live with key system functionality. Target dates will be set for each key milestone. Typical implementation programmes will take 4-6 weeks to complete. Regular contact will also be provided with the customer from a chosen Implementation Lead, to discuss progress and provide additional support where required.
All software users are initially provided with a structured training programmes upon first implementing the system. This is included as part of the system set up cost. Additional training sessions can be booked as required until all necessary staff are trained. Session durations are up to 3 hours. Any future training for new users or refresher training to existing staff members is offered through the same channels at no additional cost to the customer. User guides/videos can also be made available to customers as reference point.
