Tide Web Holdings Ltd:
Tide Web Holdings Ltd is a UK software company specialising in care and compliance systems. sorted.care, our flagship product, was built by a CQC registered manager and shaped by real UK domiciliary care providers - people who have run services, managed compliance and been inspected. It works the way you already work.
We are deliberately small and hands-on. Customers deal directly with the people who build and run the platform, support is quick and personal, and customer feedback regularly shapes what we build next. Pricing is simple and all-inclusive: every module, including training, surveys and reporting, is in the standard subscription, future features are included at no extra cost, and there are no minimums and no long contracts.
We take security and information governance seriously, with UK-based hosting, Cyber Essentials Plus certification and a rigorous approach to protecting the data in our care.
Information about this solution
Most providers run their service across three or four systems - one for care, one for rostering, one for HR and training - and spend their lives re-keying between them. sorted.care replaces the lot.
Care records, person-centred plans, risk assessments, MAR charts, rostering, timesheets and payroll, HR and compliance tracking, DBS checks, a full training matrix with e-learning, surveys, audits, incident management, policies and a custom report builder - all in one place, all talking to each other. The rota will not let you assign a carer whose DBS or mandatory training has lapsed. A missed visit raises an alert, not a phone call from a family member.
Care workers use an app that works offline and shows allergies, risks and access codes before they walk through the door. Managers get live dashboards and evidence organised the way inspectors ask for it.
Built by a CQC registered manager. One price, every module, no feature-gating.

Implementation is straightforward and led by us. A new provider is set up through a guided onboarding process covering organisation details, staff accounts, service users, policies and system preferences. Data migration from an existing system or from spreadsheets is handled as part of onboarding - we take an export of your current data, map it and load it for you, with checks agreed before go-live.
A small provider starting fresh can be live within 5 working days. A typical implementation with data migration takes 10 to 15 working days, and a larger or more complex migration up to 30 working days. Timescales depend mainly on the quality and availability of existing data and how quickly it can be provided.
Buyers are asked to nominate a lead contact, supply data exports and staff details promptly, and make time for short training sessions before go-live. Training and ongoing support are included at no extra cost.
