The process usually takes between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the size of the Client. One Implementation day is scheduled with the Management or Senior management team from the client side. IPD artifacts which include a Resident and User facility Spreadsheet as well as an Implementation Plan are distributed to clients and collected back within a week which enables Leecare to proceed with data Migration of the Resident and the Staff members. Installation of the production site is then completed within two weeks. Buyers are expected to carry out a business workshop with their teams to tackle change Management, gather all assessments to be entered on the system, take picture of Residents to be added to their profile as soon as the system is live, Agree Go live date.
A Training program is developed depending on the number of staff and facilities. 3 days training are to be scheduled in total. Any client’s customisation to be manage separately if applicable.
